The IPMA-HR Virginia Chapter is pleased to present our 2021 Leadership Retreat, which will be held in Virginia Beach.

The Leadership Retreat provides attendees with high-level, strategic content, with plenty of networking opportunities. HR Directors and Senior Managers are invited to join peers to explore hot topics and trends in the public sector.

We are excited to open the Retreat with keynote presentation by Doug Brown of Paradigm Associates. The Retreat will focus on high-level topics, including Mental Health, Innovative Compensation & Benefit Strategies, Transformational HR, and Building Organizational Partnerships. Wrapping up the Retreat will be a legal update by Karen Michael followed by a round table discussion.

The Retreat will be held October 17-19 at the Westin Virginia Beach Town Center. Rates are $129 per night with free parking. This rate is good through September 17th.
