Retention- How has the post-COVID world impacted your benefit offerings? Has telework been fully embraced within your organization? What will be your priority moving into the upcoming budget process (related to retention)?
Compensation- How many of us conducted a market salary survey in the past fiscal year? If so, what were the most/least surprising findings? What kind of pay increases did you provide in FY22/23 and what kind of increases will be included in your FY23/24 budget?
